Hey there! I’m Naveed, and I’m a Certified Leadership Coach
I’m a guy who believes that each of us has a story worth telling, all we have to do is pick up the pen. I love to explore in every sense of the word, from going on travel adventures to reflecting on my personal values and growth. I’m a multi-passionate creative who can’t seem to sit still for very long, though you can usually find me somewhere along the intersection of writing, photography and searching for the world’s best burger.
My Experience
I worked for 8 years in a corporate environment across various capacities, from leading million-dollar software projects, building market strategies for groundbreaking technology platforms and establishing partnerships with iconic brands. I created an early-career talent development program from scratch, managed multiple teams of engineers and designers, and held multiple media / public speaking engagements, including a presentation to 400 executives + senior leaders illustrating the value of creating environments that foster experimentation and disruptive thinking.
I pivoted to build a practice anchored in my purpose: to help growth-minded leaders and forward-thinking organizations create human workplaces. Now, I coach leaders to achieve their career goals, elevate how they lead others and build the next-generation human workplace. Through coaching and strategic advisory, I am ready to help forward-thinking organizations create people-centric programs and cultures that foster a human workplace and help employees show up with purpose.
My Values
Empathy is the recognition of our shared humanity with others. I believe that leaders cannot be successful until they bring their whole human selves to work and celebrate others for doing the same
Empathy
Courage is the willingness to stand up for your values, your boundaries and your people no matter what. It's about leaning into discomfort; speaking out at a meeting, putting people over profits and not being afraid to do the hard things
Courage
Growth
If we're not trying every day to grow as humans, we can't expect to be effective leaders. Growth means adapting, being okay with admitting that what you believed yesterday was wrong. Growth is the willingness to recognize that you are never a finished product
